South Lyon Middle School Swim and Dive

Plans are underway for the 2025-26 Middle School Swimming and Diving season! Please mark your calendars and plan to attend the Parent Meeting to get all the information needed for this season. This year's meeting will be held in the Millennium Media Center on Wednesday, 11/19/25, from 6:30-7:30 PM. Items discussed will be physical exams, pay to play information, practice times and locations for both swimmers and divers, team apparel, and the meet schedule.
All team members will need a physical exam to participate. Only one exam is needed to be good for the entire school year but it must have occurred after April 15, 2025. All physicals on file with Mr. Costa (MMS) or Mr. Chamberlain (CMS) will appear on a list and will qualify your child to participate on the swim team. If you need to schedule a time to get the exam, don't wait until the last minute! Don't forget to fill out both pages of the form including all required information and signatures. A copy of the physical form can be found on the website under Parent Forms.
